Yin Sound Healing - INVERCARGILL

Yin Sound Healing is led by instructor and musician, Jesse D Brand.  You are guided through a series of yin postures that stimulates each chakra, working with their particular vowel sound, that we will be guided to sing together. This is support by binaural beat music and live music, such as a harmonium and native instruments (hand drum, native flute, digeridoo, cartels, singing bowl, shaker etc.). Jesse also uses his voice through word and song to guide your journey from root to crown.  The process often stirs up the emotions, drawing forth a healthy mixture of laughter and tears, helping to rest, release, restore, and reform the spirit.
