Yin Sound Healing - INVERCARGILL

Yin Sound Healing (1 ½ hrs): A floor based class where people are guided through 

a yin series that stimulates each chakra. Each chakra holds a particular vowel sound 

that participants will be guided to tone together . Binaural beat music plays through 

the headphones, synchronising frequencies of each chakra. In addition harmonium 

and native instruments are incorporated (hand drum, native flute, digeridoo, cartels, 

singing bowl, shaker etc.) at certain times through the headphones, as well as my 

voice, guiding the journey from root to crown.  The journey often stirs up the 

emotions, drawing forth a healthy mixture of laughter and tears, helping to rest, 

release, restore, and reform the spirit.
